The resource is designed to give travel agents “unparalleled, personalized support” when booking clients to the theme park, which includes Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and the recently opened Volcano Bay waterpark, along with several onsite hotels.
The resources include:
• Call Centre Team: Dedicated to assisting travel agents with bookings and questions about products at Universal Orlando. • Live Online Chat: Provides the ability to access a representative via a mobile-friendly chat feature on VAXVacationAccess.com, Universal Orlando’s travel agent vacation package booking website. Agents can chat real-time with a representative as they navigate the booking engine. Representatives are available to answer any questions, discuss pricing, offer suggestions on vacation package options, and more.
• Text Message Service: Once payment of their client’s vacation package has processed, this text service is the perfect method for simple or even last-minute questions to be answered in a timely fashion. When final payment is applied, travel agents will receive a code enabling the text message service.
