How does your role support travel advisors?
My role as a business solutions manager is to provide member benefits and support to agency owners and advisors. I work hard to get to know the member agencies so I can better assist them with tools and programs to suit their needs and business model. I do this through training events and one-onone communication. I also recommend areas of growth potential and adoption of the tools and programmes offered by TL Network.

What does TL Network do especially well to serve advisors?
We launched a free member benefit that powerfully promotes the value of our member agencies: Agent Profiler. Through Agent Profiler, members have robust profiles on canadiantravelagents.ca complete with photos, bios, blog posts and specialties. Clients can read reviews and contact member agents directly. It’s designed as a lead generation tool but also shows that TL Network puts agents front and centre.

What do TL Network advisors love most about Agent Profiler?
The leads! In 2018, Agent Profiler alone generated approximately 5,000 leads to our Canadian member agents with published profiles. As of May 1, 2019, we’re trending at a 73 per cent year-on-year increase and the average sale is $6,500. They also love that Agent Profiler results in better qualified leads because it drives the right customer to the right advisor.
