Plaza Premium Lounge, the world’s leading airport lounge provider, launched at the new London Heathrow Terminal 2 – The Queen’s Terminal yesterday. It is the Hong Kong-based company’s first venture in Europe.
The innovative Plaza Premium Lounge has been designed to enhance the airport experience for travellers – regardless of the choice of airline or class of travel – for just £38 per person for two hours.
Sleek, contemporary and accessible to all, Plaza Premium Lounge will offer travellers five luxury shower rooms, five private en-suite relaxation rooms, a Wellness Spa with an exclusive treatment menu by British organic spa brand, ILA, a Champagne bar, and a selection of food, drinks, tapas and freshly baked artisan breads. Business facilities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a selection of international newspapers and magazines, televisions and full flight information are also offered.
With 16 years’ experience in caring for travellers, Plaza Premium Lounge is the benchmark for a luxurious and accessible airport experience. The team understands travellers’ needs and behaviours and this is reflected throughout the lounge. There is a strong focus on service, and in keeping with the new terminal’s values, the interior design by Kinney Chan of KCA Associates and brand partnerships have a nod to British heritage.
